Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as it sets out the terms of a legally binding agreement between you and the NIIT group.
- Payment details – When you purchase a product or take any service from NIIT group, you must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. By submitting payment details you promise that you are entitled to purchase a subscription using those payment details. If we do not receive payment authorization or any authorization is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to your subscription.
- Acknowledgment of the client – All work carried out shall be acknowledged by the signature of a client holding position of sufficient authority at the time of signing.
- Termination of services provided – Failure on the part of the Client to make punctual payment of all sums due to the Company under the terms of this agreement.
- Advance Payment – For installation of software and hardware company make ask the client for 100 % of advance payment.
- Liability and Insurance – The Company shall not be liable to the Client for loss or damage to the Client’s property unless due to the negligence or other failure of the Company to perform its obligations under this agreement or the general law
